Matera is an authentic, sustainable yarn made from 100% Merino Gentile di Puglia , obtained from Italian sheep farming with Short supply chain (Filiera Corta). This wool comes from sheep raised in Italy and combines tradition, quality, and responsibility.

With a medium yarn weight, slight stretch, and a crisp, slightly dry feel, Matera is ideal for knitting projects on cold days. It is particularly resistant to runs, shape retention, and anti-pilling—a durable, reliable yarn with a pleasant texture.
