Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the order value as follows:

For an order value up to and including €98,99, shipping costs of €6.50 incl. VAT per order will be charged.

For an order value of €99.00 or more, delivery is free of shipping charges.

Note: For deliveries to a DHL Packstation, we charge shipping costs of €6.95 incl. VAT for orders up to €98.99.
For an order value of €99.00 or more, delivery to a DHL Packstation is also free of charge.

Deliveries Abroad:

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: €17.99 incl. VAT

Australia, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates: €39. Delivery is exempt from VAT.

United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland: €25. Delivery is exempt from VAT. 

Delivery Periods

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place

within Germany within 2 - 7 days,

for international deliveries within 4 - 18 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
